We finally had our IVF consultation with Dr. Rosen of UCSF Reproductive Health Center. We arrived right on time and they didn’t keep us waiting too long before being escorted back to get our histories taken by a resident with a complicated name (”Yabulalang” is what I heard).

Amy and I have been waiting until after the first of the year before moving forward with IVF, partly for tax reasons, partly as a last chance for “maybe we’ll get lucky in the 11th hour and not have to go through this whole process”. A process which is both invasive to Amy and expensive.
